Preparing Vehicles for Rebranding, Resale and Change of Ownership
EJ Truck Wash provides commercial vehicle decal and livery removal services for haulage companies, fleet operators, main dealers, leasing businesses and vehicle remarketing companies.
Commercial vehicles frequently change ownership, operators and branding throughout their working life.
When a vehicle is sold, returned from lease or transferred to another operator, existing company graphics, stickers and vehicle identification may need to be removed before the vehicle can be rebranded or presented for sale.
We provide a careful removal service designed to help prepare vehicles for their next stage of use while taking appropriate care of the underlying paintwork and exterior surfaces.
Livery Removal Tailored to Your Requirements
The type of vinyl, age of the graphics, condition of the vehicle and underlying paintwork can all affect the removal process.
We assess the vehicle and existing branding before agreeing the appropriate approach.
Our services can support:
Removal of company logos and fleet branding.
Removal of commercial vehicle vinyl graphics.
Removal of company names and contact details.
Removal of vehicle identification stickers.
Removal of fleet numbers and operational decals.
Preparation for replacement branding.
Cleaning of adhesive residue where appropriate.
Preparation of vehicles for resale and remarketing.
Fleet rebranding programmes.
Professional Removal Methods
We understand that vehicle branding can be applied using different materials and adhesive systems.
The appropriate removal method depends on the age, condition and type of vinyl, as well as the surface beneath it.
Our approach is to use suitable removal techniques and equipment while minimising the risk of unnecessary damage to paintwork, trims and exterior finishes.
Where required, controlled heat and specialist adhesive-removal products can be considered for suitable surfaces.
Before larger removal projects begin, we can discuss the condition of the graphics and any potential risks associated with older vinyl or previously repaired paintwork.
Our aim is to leave the vehicle in a suitable condition for its next stage of preparation.
Designed Around Fleet Changes and Vehicle Turnover
We recognise that fleet rebranding and vehicle disposal often involve multiple vehicles and specific deadlines.
Our service can be arranged around vehicle returns, replacement vehicle deliveries and dealership preparation schedules.
For larger operators, we can discuss removal programmes across multiple vehicles or locations.
We can also combine livery removal with exterior washing and further vehicle preparation where required.
